Half Marathon Completed by August 2016

History:I've been a runner for years. I remember being so excited about track and field day in elementary school because I loved to run and was pretty "fast"! I took pride in my abilities to run and was apart of my young identity.

As I grow older I have started to run again. At first it was to stay in shape and now it just feels so good to run! Knocking out miles and miles and feeling so strong and invincible!  Regardless of how bad my day is I know I know once I put on my running shoes it will be okay!

My goal for the new year is to complete a half marathon by the end of the August. This month I plan on running a 5K.  We will see how it goes!
