#TrainingThursday



It feel good to be back in the groove of things! I've been so discouraged lately with working out lately as I have been stuck in this comparison game of when I was more fit and when I had more energy and motivation to run!  The crazy thing is I was comparing my 6 Minute mile times when I was younger and more dedicated to my current times! Which is setting myself up for discouragement. But once I started shifting my goals to accommodate my current situation I started seeing better results and better times! I say this to say that when you shift your perspective and change your mindset anything is possible! They say when you change your mind your body will follow!
