#Makeup Monday #Ad Neocell Supplements


Today on the blog sharing my new favorite makeup supplement! It's from the brand Neocell  and its a collagen supplement!When I first heard of it I thought collagen was plastic surgery...😂😂 not a supplement to help with my health and skin!

There are so many benefits to using Collagen besides the skin benefits.

This supplement has quite a bit of collagen and I take Biotin from the company which helps my skin even more! This supplement

This was key for me as I do sometime have insomnia nothing like having a mile long to do list to keep you up!
( I've actually been keeping a notepad by my bed to help me sleep better! This has helped me get to sleep sooner while the supplement has made it easier to sleep!)

Helps increase the elasticity and recovery of your muscles! This is key for workouts as it helps with fatigue overall and I have noticed a difference in my workouts!!

This for me is important as I have to pain attention to my gut health as it's a weak point for me. When I'm under stress I have to always keep this area in mind. Everyone has different parts of their body that is affected when under stress so it's always key to know whats your weak point.
