#Training Thursday Quick 30 Minute HIIT Workout

That moment where you have to stop and take a picture when the blooms match your outfit!!
Hey yall today on the blog I am sharing an easy 30 minute workout that you can do at the track or even at your local gym!  
This workout I did recently really pushed me as is key as I am training for a 5k this month!

I personally have been taking my workout routine up a notch as I feel like I need to be more consistent as the overall benefits of working out are immeasurable!


15-20 Minutes of Sprints Sprints are so good for fat burning and high-intensity training 
Alternate between either (1 minute of rest of 30 seconds of rest depending on your skill level!
100 Crunches
100 Situps
100 Ab Twists
75 Mountain Climbers(great for legs and glutes!)
If time allows then I recommend doing another setup mountain climbers!!
Your legs will be on fire!!

This workout for me was seriously soo fyahh as I am targeting my ABS!!
And also I am a sprinter so it allows me to increase my speed which is KEY!!
