Midweek Motivation @At Home Yoga Videos

Fav @home Yoga Sessions

Hey yall today on the blog I am sharing some of my favorite at home yoga videos! I feel like it is so easy to get caught up in the stresses of the world and I had to take a MAJOR break from social media the past few weeks to RE-CENTER myself and just allow myself to ride the wave! They say life happens in seasons and you can't expect to bloom all year long.  So I personally always trust my intuition regarding rest.
The thing about yoga is that it doesn't have to be expensive and you don't have to go to a studio! You can do yoga in the comfort of your own now with amazing technology called......YouTube!
I am sharing some suggestions that will allow you no matter your level of expertise.
Also I have included a wide range of times so if you only have 15 minutes in your day to squeeze in a yoga session you still have an option for an impactful and quick session!

1. Early Morning Flow

I personally feel like early morning yoga really sets you up for success! A clear mind works wonders! This video above by Adriene is a quick 7-minute yoga meditation to start my day. since it is so short I have no excuses not to do it!
For a 12 Minute EarlyMorningYoga session click here and if you wake up super early this is a good 25 Minute Yoga session click here
And if you are running behind  this is a  good 5-minute option  below:
Lastly if you only have 15 Minutes this Yoga Session will be impactful!

2. Beginner Yoga

This video is only about 20 minutes long but gives you a good overview of beginner moves and tips for the newbies!

This video has over 20 Million views and it's the complete Beginners Video by Adrienne This is an alternate video that's only
16 Minutes long.

3. Quick 10 Minute Yoga Sessions

This option is great if you are in need of a midday wind down! Before a big presentation or if yourself in need of a mid-day wind down! If you have a mini-break at work these may be a good option for you as well! For the Quick 10 Minute Yoga session above click here.
For a session focused on Strength &Balance click here! -
And a Short 10 Min.Yoga Flow click below!

4. After Work Flow

These yoga flows are for anyone needing a cool down after a long stressful day at work! I have not been doing many after work flows lately but I have included several options below as this may be a good option for others who want to cool down before dinner!
The above is a 33 minute option!
For a 25 Min Yoga Flow click here and for a quick 15 minute option click below!

5. Bed Time Yoga

This is a great option for all of those other insomniacs out there! I personally can have a hard time falling asleep before big events( big presentations, job interviews a flight) and so I have learned I either need to work out intensely or try to relax with meditation and yoga!
This is my current go-to as its a little longer session but is a quality option if you are trying to relax before bed. For a 12 Minute session click here

Lastly if you are in a hurry this is an option that's only seven minutes long! Quick and efficient yall!

Hey loves I hope you enjoyed todays post! When and if you try any of the routines above  feel free to comment below how it went!

Peace & Love,
